PURPOSE: A patient guidance system and operation method thereof are provided to enable a patient to rapidly receive a convenient treatment service by guiding a moving route to the patient. CONSTITUTION: The treatment reservation of a patient is confirmed by referring to the personal information of the patient provided by a portable terminal(S130). A destination is transmitted to the portable terminal according to a determination result(S140, S170). The moving route of the patient is guided to the destination by using the portable terminal(S190). The patient who transmits the personal information is added to a treatment waiting list.
