<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure and analyze a gas to be measured accurately even when external (atmosphere) pressure changes. <P>SOLUTION: The gas analyzer comprises: a gas cell 1 through which a gas to be measured flows; a gas detector 2 for detecting a component concentration of the gas to be measured in the gas cell 1; a first pump 3 for supplying the gas to be measured to the gas cell 1; a second pump 4 for exhausting the gas to be measured from the gas cell 1; gas-cell pressure holding means 5 for maintaining the pressure of the gas to be measured in the gas cell 1 constant; gas-cell flow rate holding means 6 for maintaining the flow rate of the gas to be measured in the gas cell 1 constant; an external-pressure detector 7 for detecting an external (atmosphere) pressure; and flow rate adjustment means 8 for adjusting the flow rate such that the flow rate of the gas to be measured supplied by the first pump 3 is constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
