PURPOSE: A roaming service providing method, system, apparatus thereof are provided to enable a user to receive a sound service as a cheap price by using IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem) network. CONSTITUTION: An IMS server selects an HSS(Home Subscriber Server) unit(254). A visiting MSC(Mobile Switching Center) unit authenticates a first portable terminal(264). The visiting MSC unit stores an acquired profile(268). The HSS unit for a roaming user stores the registration result of a CS(Circuit Switching) network(272). The HSS unit for the roaming user maps the authentication information of the CS network with the authentication information of an IMS network(274). The IMS server stores the profile of the portable terminal(278).
