GLAZING ABRASIVE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A glazing abrasive and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve adhesion of the painted surface and glossiness. CONSTITUTION: A glazing abrasive comprises 20-60 weight% of water, 3-20 weight% of fluoroalkyl acrylate copolymers, 0.5-4.0 weight% of liquefied paraffin, and 20-60 weight% of ceramic powder. The ceramic powder has an average granularity range of 0.3-0.9 micron. A manufacturing method of the glazing abrasive comprises the following steps: a 1st step of adding water to the fluoroalkyl acrylate copolymers; and manufacturing emulsion by mixing emulsified liquid paraffin with the outcome from the 1st step; and a 2nd step of manufacturing the glazing abrasive by mixing the ceramic powder with the emulsified liquid.
