An extrusion equipment having a clamp type ultrasonic application device is provided to reduce frictional force between an inner surface of an extrusion die and an extrusion product by applying ultrasonic waves to an outer surface of the die. An extrusion equipment having a clamp type ultrasonic application device(200) comprises at least two ultrasonic application devices(210,220). The two ultrasonic application devices are spaced apart from each other. The ultrasonic application device applies ultrasonic waves to a vertical cross section with respect to a transfer direction of an extrusion product over the entire outer surface of an extrusion die(120). Frictional force of the extrusion product is uniformly formed with respect to the transfer direction of the extrusion product.
