TECHNIQUE FOR MOBILIZATION OF LOWER TRANSVERSE ABDOMINAL FLAP

A technique for mobilization of the lower transverse abdominal flap comprises the mobilization of donor graft from the anterior abdominal wall, the separation of cellulo-cutaneous flap of anterior abdominal wall from the underlying aponeurosis. The rectus muscles of abdomen are mobilized with the adjacent part of the posterior layer of aponeurosis without their separation from the layer.
