A method for detection of pathogens of quarantine organisms from one soil sample includes separation of pathogens of quarantine organisms over a sieve with diameter 0.2 mm. Through use of an additional sieve placed at beneath, with diameter 0.03 mm, it is possible to separate simultaneously zoosporangia of pathogens of cancer and cysts and larvae of phytohelminthes. |
