BACKLIGHT UNIT AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A backlight unit and a liquid crystal display device with the same are provided to add beads of a uniform size to a resin to control the amount of beads in a resin. CONSTITUTION: A diffusion sheet(140c) is located on a light guide plate. The diffusion sheet diffuses light emitted from the light guide plate. A prism sheet(140b) is located on the diffusion sheet. The prism sheet concentrates light diffused from the diffusion sheet in a specific direction. A receiving container(160) receives light sources, the light guide plate, the diffusion sheet, and the prism sheet.
