PURPOSE: An activating device for a fuel cell is provided to reduce activation time and used hydrogen amount by enabling repetitive cycle operation in a specified voltage state. CONSTITUTION: An activating device for a fuel cell comprises a fuel supply device(31), a fuel supply unit(30), an air supply device(41), an air supply unit(40), a deionized water supply device(51), an electron load(61), a fuel reprocessing device(71), a deionized water condenser(81), and a control device(100). The fuel supply device supplies the fuel to a fuel cell stack(10). The fuel supply unit supplies the humidified fuel to a fuel humidifier(32) by controlling the flow rate of the fuel provided from the fuel supply device. The fuel supply device supplies the air to a fuel cell stack. |
