PURPOSE: A display device is provided to display an image using a thin film transistor and an LED(Light Emitting Diode) chip, thereby making a response speed fast and increase picture quality. CONSTITUTION: A substrate(100) comprises first to third sub pixels. Thin film transistor(TFT)s are located on the first to third sub pixels respectively. LED chips(200R,200G,200B) are connected to the thin film transistors respectively. A resin layer(180) covers the LED chips. A protective film(190) is located on the thin film transistors and the resin layer.
