PURPOSE: A dental implant combination and a dental implant including thereof are provided to combine in order to maintain frictional force. CONSTITUTION: For a dental implant combination, an internal layer part(30a) and an external layer part(30b) which have different coefficient of thermal expansion are welded. The internal layer part has relatively higher coefficient of thermal expansion. The external layer part has relatively lower coefficient of thermal expansion. The internal layer part is made one of gold, platinum, nickel, manganese, iron, copper or alloy thereof. The external layer part is made one of titanium, nickel, and iron or their alloy thereof. A ratio of thickness of the internal layer part to the external layer part is 2:1-4:1.
