PURPOSE: A decorative ribbon for garland is provided to print decorative pattern and to simplify production process. CONSTITUTION: A decorative ribbon comprise a complex paper(20), a substrate layer(10), and a pattern printing layer(30,30'). The complex paper is prepared from a paper making solution. The paper making solution contains 50-70 wt% of natural pulp and 30-50 wt% of synthetic fiber. The paper making solution also contains 1-20 wt% of binder.
