PURPOSE: A floor stand fire evacuation system is provided to facilitate to fold a ladder by installing a foldable winch on a fixture. CONSTITUTION: A floor stand fire evacuation system comprises a top link, a bottom door, a frame(11), a bottom link, and a top and lower part lever(10). An upper end is hinge connected to the upper door. A lower part lever is hinge connected to the bottom door and bottom end is hinge connected to the lower part lever. An upper end of the bottom link is hinge connected with middle portion of the frame. An upper end of the upper lever is hinge connected with the upper lever.
