摘要 PURPOSE: A grain-oriented electronic steel sheet with extremely low core-loss and high flux-density and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve magnetism and to prevent the reduction of productivity. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing grain-oriented electronic steel sheet with extremely low core-loss and high flux-density includes the following: a slab is heated and hot-rolled; the hot-rolled slab is annealed; the annealed slab is cold-rolled; a decarburizing operation and a nitrification annealing operation are implemented; and a second re-crystallization annealing operation is implemented. The slab is composed of 2.0-4.5 weight% of Si, 0.005-0.040 weight% of Al, 0.20 weight% or less of Mn, 0.010 weight% or less of N, 0.010 weight% or less of S, 0.005-0.05 weight% of P, 0.04-0.07 weight% of C, 0.08-0.10 weight% of Sn, and remaining amount of Fe and impurities. The Sn functions as a crystalline growth inhibitor.
