ORGANIC LIGHT EMITTING DIODE AND METHOD MANUFACTURING OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: An organic light emitting device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a lifetime thereof by forming a quantum well layer made of electron transport materials between a first light emitting layer and a second light emitting layer. CONSTITUTION: A first electrode(120) is located on a substrate(110). A first light emitting layer(140) is located on the first electrode. The first light emitting layer includes a first electron transport material layer(141), a first mixing layer(142), and a second mixing layer(144). A quantum well layer(150) made of electron transport materials is located on the first light emitting layer. A second light emitting layer(160) is located in the quantum well layer. A third mixing layer(161), a second hole transport material layer(162), a fourth fixing layer(163) and a second electron transport material layer(164) are successively laminated on the second light emitting layer.
