摘要 |
The present invention refers to a method for introducing micromolecules such as plasmids or oligonucleotides into the cells of mold fungi, for example in the Aspergillus or Fasarium genus. The method of the invention is based on the application of shock waves, so that mold fungi cells may be transformed with heterologous DNA which may encode for a protein including enzymes, or with controlled sequences of the gene expression either heterologous or homologous. The method of the invention turns the genetic transformation of mold fungi into more efficient over methods currently used. The sequence of the heterologous nucleic acid is operatively bonded to a suitable promoter, which is able to digest the transcription of the nucleic acid sequence.
