An electronic real estate transaction document form, a system, a method, and a device for operating an electronic real estate transaction document, and a program recording medium thereof are provided to generate and safely distribute the electronic real estate transaction document to a receiver side by using real estate transaction information stored in a database. The database stores real estate information and real estate transaction information. A storing part(120) stores statement item information of each electronic real estate transaction document form and corresponding to document form. An information checker checks a kind of the electronic real estate transaction document provided to a terminal using and/or requesting the electronic real estate transaction document. A document generator(145) generates the electronic real estate transaction document by checking the statement item information, reading the document form matched with the kind of the electronic real estate transaction document, and using the real estate information and the real estate transaction information matched with the statement item information.
