METHOD FOR MATTED SURFACE OF POLYETHYLENE TEREPHTHALATE BOTTLE

PURPOSE: A PET bottle and a method of quenching surfaces of PET bottles are provided to ensure hygienic effect and enhance the usage stability of a PET bottle since in a quenching process, the penetration of powder particles to the PET bottle is blocked. CONSTITUTION: A method of quenching surfaces of PET bottles(100) is as follows. A rotating device(300) is rotatably installed in a closed space(200) or a partially-open space. The PET bottle is rotatably fixed to the rotating device. The PET bottle fixed to the rotating device is rotated by the rotating device. Quenching powder particles(500) are sprayed at high pressure through a jet nozzle(400) to the surface of the PET bottle around the PET bottle rotating in the space. The powder particles apply impact to the surface of the PET bottle.
