PURPOSE: A rear combination lamp of a vehicle is provided to form a brake lamp of a high distribution value and a rear lamp of low distribution value at the same time by using a light guide panel. CONSTITUTION: A rear combination lamp(1) of a vehicle comprises a light guide panel(10), and one or more LEDs for a rear lamp located on the side of the light guide panel. The rear combination lamp of the vehicle comprises an inner lens(50) located in the front of the light guide panel, a bezel located in the front of the inner lens, one or more LEDs for a brake lamp located in the rear side of the light guide panel, and a reflecting member for the brake lamp. The light guide panel guides light radiated from the LED for the rear lamp. A optical diffusion pattern(15) is printed on the light guide panel.
