The present invention relates to a roasted coffee bean cooling device. According to the present invention, the roasted coffee bean cooling device comprises: a main body having an inlet to insert coffee beans, an outlet to discharge roasted coffee beans, and a cover to open and close the inlet; a heater heating the coffee beans in the main body; and a coffee bean cooling chamber (200) accommodating the coffee beans discharged through the outlet and cooling the coffee beans in air. The coffee bean cooling chamber (200) comprises: a chamber body (210) having a cooling space to store the roasted coffee beans; a stirring blade (220) placed in the center of the chamber body (210) and stirring the roasted coffee beans while rotating by the driving force of a motor; a cold air supply pipe (230) placed on the upper part of the chamber body (210), and vertically spraying air through multiple air nozzles formed downwards, thereby supplying cold air to the roasted coffee beans; and an air compressor (240) supplying air to the cold air supply pipe (230). According to the present invention, when the roasted coffee beans are transferred to the cooling chamber (200), the cold air supply pipe (230) vertically sprays air downwards through the multiple air nozzles, thereby uniformly and quickly cooling the roasted coffee beans. |
