PURPOSE: A platinum complex for phosphor material of an organic electroluminescence device is provided to have very high internal quantum efficiency, thereby using for blue luminescence material for an organic electroluminescence device. CONSTITUTION: A platinum complex for phosphor material is selected from organic metal compounds in chemical formula 1-4. In chemical formulas R1-R16 is selected from hydrogen, C1-C20 alkane, C2-C20 alkene, C2-C20 alkyne, isopropyl, t-butyl, methoxy, phenyloxy, benzyloxy, dimethylamino, diphenylamino, pyrrolidone, phenyl, fluorine, bromine, chlorine, iodine, cyano, nitro, trifluoromethyl. The wavelength of the phosphor of the platinum complex is 350-520 nm.
