PLASTIC BASED BIOSENSOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR THE SAME

PURPOSE: A plastic-based biosensor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to effectively overcome the limit of a substrate of a conventional biosensor. CONSTITUTION: A plastic-based biosensor comprises a groove formed on a plastic substrate and a unit biosensor having a bio detecting material fixed on a single crystalline silicone gate channel. Source and drain electrodes are connected in a wire form in a groove outside and the biosensor. The unit biosensor comprises a bulk silicon layer(110) laminated in order; an insulation layer; and an upper single crystalline silicon layer doped with impurities.
