PURPOSE: An automatic DUT test apparatus is provided to develop and maintain middleware separately from an automation test program. CONSTITUTION: An automation application(300) executes an automatic test according to calibration items or various test items set up from an end user. A middleware(200) comprises a communication standard integration and conversion unit, a parser, and a command set hiding unit. The communication standard integration and conversion unit converts or inverse-converts the signals having different physical standards to the signals having one united standard. The parser interprets or inverse-interprets various control operations or command sets based on different protocols inputted from DUT through the communication standard integration and conversion unit. The instruction set hidden unit transfers the various control operations or command sets to the parser after canceling the concealment of various control operations or command sets.
