PURPOSE: A high-angle driving system, a missile firing system comprising the same and a method of operating the high-angle driving system are provided to ensure stability by conducting an operation at a slow angular velocity at an initial position and at the angle fixed position of a target. CONSTITUTION: A high-angle driving system comprises a high-angle driving unit(120), a distributor(130), and a locking unit(140). The high-angle driving unit is divided into first and second sections by a piston in a cylindrical housing. The first and second sections have hydraulic ports. If fluid pressure is provided to the first and second sections, a first rod portion moves up and down. The distributor controls the amount of fluid supplied to the high-angle driving unit. The locking unit controls the operation of the distributor.
