PURPOSE: A user interface providing method of a three-dimensional image display apparatus is provided to arrange a depth value between three-dimensional user interface elements in order to provide the depth value. CONSTITUTION: A controller displays a first user interface element which has a first depth value(S1010). The controller displays a second user interface element which has a second depth value in order to be overlapped with the first user interface element(S1020). The controller adjusts the depth values of the first user interface element or/and the second user interface element(S1030). The controller displays the first user interface element or/and the second user interface element in which the depth values is adjusted(S1040).
