The sill has a rear part (1) for assembling and fixing a facade (2) in a bay and for receiving a lower crosspiece (3) of a fixed frame of a window, where the sill is in the form of concrete core block. A front part (4) forms a water receiving and ejecting surface, and is projected over a covering of the facade. The rear part has side fixation elements (11) that fix the rear part in a wall of the facade. The rear part has an insulating compound (12) on its entire length and height, behind the side fixation elements.
