The present invention relates to a pressure measurement apparatus which measures pressure in the human body, such as intravesical pressure, through a variation of resistance, and to a method for manufacturing the apparatus. The pressure measurement apparatus of the present invention comprises a first plate, the lower surface of which has a conductive layer, and a second plate, the upper surface of which has an electrode pattern and which is arranged such that the electrode pattern is downwardly spaced apart from the conductive layer. The electrode pattern is patterned so as to prevent the flow of current before the electrode pattern is brought into contact with the conductive layer, and the first and second plates are made of a material which is flexible and which minimizes harmful effects on the body. According to the present invention, the apparatus is miniaturized so as to be minimally invasive and to improve producibility and reduce costs. The apparatus of the present invention is harmless to the human body, and is flexible so as to be suitable for the human body.
