<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve at least one of the noise, the reliability and portability of a product during transportation, and the feeling of oppression of a resident. <P>SOLUTION: The air conditioner includes a centrifugal fan which contains a protruding boss part secured on the rotating shaft of a fan motor to blow air sucked via a body sucking opening and a heat exchanger during rotating shaft rotation into a room and a baffle provided so as to isolate an air stream between the sucking side of the centrifugal fan and the blowing side so that a blowing flow of the centrifugal fan is guided to an outlet of a body panel. The centrifugal fan contains a straight tube type side plate sucking part at a sucking opening side end part of a wind guide wall of the side plate. The baffle includes a bell mouth part so provided as to cover from the inner peripheral side of the side plate sucking part to the outer peripheral side and a wind guide part formed in a truncated cone shape along the wind guide wall of the side plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
