<p>The present invention provides a torque fluctuation absorbing device in which the clearance between rotary members can improve the sealability of a seal member. The torque fluctuation absorbing device includes: a rotatably arranged first rotary member; a second rotary member arranged rotatably with respect to the first rotary member; a damper section that absorbs fluctuating torque caused by torsion between the first rotary member and the second rotary member and that is contained in an interior space surrounded by the first rotary member and the second rotary member; a seal member that seals in the fluid contained in the interior space at the clearance between the first rotary member and the second rotary member; and a fluid containing section that is capable of adjusting the entrance/exit of the fluid contained in the interior space and that contains the fluid which lubricates the seal member.</p>
