The transformer has a control electronic circuit and an optocoupler, where an electronic flux converter enables energy transmission from a medium voltage three-phase network at network three-phase voltage of 400V over the transformer. Dynamic control of the network is implemented according to a preset reference value on a network voltage side. Power adjustments in a local network are performed by decreasing the network voltage at the voltages of 400V or 230V. The flux converter changes impedance in the network to maintain a constant voltage.
