The composition contains anthocyanine-based colorant of chemical formula 1 isolated from the extract as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using water, low alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms, or mixture thereof. A health food for anti-obesity contains the extract as an active ingredient.
