<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film solar cell of renewal energy, along with a capacitor and storage battery. <P>SOLUTION: 1) In a solar battery, a protection film of a film-like thin film solar cell contains a carbon fiber having heat insulation property and tensile strength. 2) In a capacitor, an electrode contains a carbon material of carbon fiber or graphite sheet and graphene, while a dielectric body contains synthetic diamond fine particle or aromatic polyimide film. 3) In the capacitor, the ion liquid in paste form or gel form in which carbon nanotube or the like is uniformly mixed is applied on an electrode carbon, or the electrode carbon is caused to be submerged in it. 4) A semiconductor contains particle or fine particle of boron, silicon, and synthetic diamond. Otherwise, an impurity semiconductor contains nitrogen and boron in the crystal of the synthetic diamond. 5) In a sealed lead storage battery, an electrode (grid) containing carbon material is provided in a single layer or multilayer.
