<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding strap which has high flexibility and is capable of ensuring reliable conduction. <P>SOLUTION: A grounding strap comprises: a conductive film belt 110 provided with a conductive layer 112 with conductivity formed on one face of an insulating film 111; double-sided adhesive tape 120 which brings portions of the insulating film 111 located inside into close contact with each other when both ends of the conducting film belt 110 are folded back with the conductive layer 112 facing outside; and protective film belts 130A and 130B with an insulating property for covering both front and back faces of the conductive film belt 110 whose both ends have been folded back. An end 121 of the double-sided adhesive tape 120 is located more inward than an inner end 111b of the conductive film belt 110.
