<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum resin-coated material having excellent coat stability, coat structure and water repellency, and a different material laminated body in which contact corrosion caused by dissimilar metals is suppressed by the mechanical clinch joining of the aluminum resin-coated material with steel, and which is excellent in bonding strength and corrosion resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The aluminum resin-coated material, a method of manufacturing the same, and a different material laminated body of the aluminum resin-coated material and steel are disclosed where the aluminum resin-coated material includes an aluminum material, a base coat formed on at least one surface thereof and having a dry thickness of 0.5-10 μm, and a finish coat formed on the base coat and having water repellency. The base coat includes silica having an average particle size of 0.01-0.05 μm and a lubricant having an average particle size of 0.1-0.5 μm. The concentration of silica existing in the base coat up to 0.1 μm from the interface with the aluminum material in the thickness direction is higher than the concentration of silica existing on the side closer to the finish coat side therefrom.
