<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle apparatus capable of displaying navigation images outputted from a portable terminal by necessary and sufficient quality while reducing delay as much as possible. <P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle apparatus 3 connected to the portable terminal 1 capable of outputting navigation images from both of an analog video output and a digital video output displays navigation images expressed by the analog video output unconditionally during a scroll display of navigation images. During a no scroll display period, only when probability that a user intends to grasp the details of a navigation image is high such as in a display of an enlarged intersection image or in a display of a wide-area map, the on-vehicle apparatus 3 displays navigation images expressed by the digital video output. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
