SMS MESSAGE RELAY DEVICE, SMS MESSAGE SENDER DEVICE, COMMUNICATION TERMINAL, SMS MESSAGE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM, AND SMS MESSAGE DISTRIBUTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an operation which does not impress a user with occurrence of a failure, by displaying no such content as "connection is not established" on the screen of communication terminal at the time of delivery of SMS massage from a sender device to a transmission destination communication terminal.

SOLUTION: In the transmission destination communication terminal, an SMS massage is attached with an interlock flag representing whether or not the message is such message as causes packet communication in conjunction with arrival of the message. In the case the interlock flag represents "interlocked packet communication", the contract state of a user as well as the state of access point are confirmed. Based on the confirmation result, either a transmission process or a transmission suppression process is performed for the SMS message.
