<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rocking wooden horse toy which allows a child to move forward and backward or turn right or left only by rocking the wooden horse in addition to a conventional function of rocking in a fixed position, thereby significantly improving fun of riding the wooden horse. <P>SOLUTION: At substantially the center in the longitudinal direction of sleigh plates of a usual rocking wooden horse, two rotatable eccentric movable wheels with diameters protruding from the sleigh plates.
