<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for synthesizing a selenide powder having a chalcopyrite type crystal structure and a sulfide powder having p-type conductivity which have suitable characteristics for producing a solar cell and desired non-stoichiometry in a chemical composition at a low cost. <P>SOLUTION: Synthesis is performed by heating a raw material having a composition corresponding to the elemental composition of a required powder to near boiling point of a glycol solvent in the glycol solvent and making reflux. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
