<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous notification system capable of notifying an action instruction to all persons simultaneously using a telephone, for managing a response state after the plurality of persons are notified of the action instruction. <P>SOLUTION: The simultaneous notification system includes a notification information recording means which accepts inputting of the information specifying a plurality of notification destinations and the voice data to be notified to the notification destinations, and has a region for recording the response state for each of the plurality of notification destinations. If, after simultaneously and automatically calling the plurality of notification destinations by telephone for notifying the voice data, there is an input about the response state from the notification destinations, the response state that has been accepted is written in a region of the notification information recording means where the response state corresponding to the notification destination is recorded.
