PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the consumption of purchased power when performing both of a load follow-up operation and demand power control.

SOLUTION: A power supply output controller for executing control for which the load follow-up operation and the demand power control are combined and controlling the output of generated power generated by a power generator and the purchased power supplied from a commercial power system includes: an input part for inputting information indicating that demand power predetermined as the demand power of a load device to be supplied with the generated power and the purchased power is reduced by a load reduction amount; and a control part for adding the power equivalent to the load reduction amount to the generated power predetermined as the demand power to be supplied from the power generator to the load device and making it be supplied from the power generator to the load device.
