<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device in which being delayed or becoming dull of a signal output to a gate signal line in a selection period is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a gate signal line; a first gate driver circuit and a second gate driver circuit for outputting a selection signal and a non-selection signal to the gate signal line; and a plurality of pixels connected electrically to the gate signal line and receiving the selection signal and the non-selection signal. In a period where the gate signal line is selected, each of the first and second gate driver circuits outputs the selection signal to the gate signal line. In a period where the gate signal line is not selected, one of the first and second gate driver circuits outputs the non-selection signal to the gate signal line and the other of the first and second gate driver circuits does not output the selection signal or the non-selection signal to the gate signal line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
