CORRECTION METHOD OF INFRARED SENSOR SIGNAL AND TEMPERATURE MEASURING METHOD, AND TEMPERATURE MEASURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a correction method of an infrared sensor signal for correcting change of an infrared sensor signal in accordance with environmental temperature and a temperature measuring method for accurately measuring temperature, as well as a temperature measuring device.

SOLUTION: A correction method of an infrared sensor signal includes a first correction process for adding or subtracting an offset correction amount based on environmental temperature TAMBto/from an infrared sensor signal obtained from an infrared sensor device, and an offset correction amount is represented by a function including a tertiary term and/or a secondary term of TAMB. The correction method of an infrared sensor signal further includes a second correction process for multiplying the infrared sensor signal after the first correction process by a correction coefficient B based on environmental temperature TAMB.
