<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning member for a refrigerated container which is excellent in heat insulation property and shielding property for chilled air communication, has a simple structure for easy use, and allows installing work and decomposition/dismounting work to be performed easily. <P>SOLUTION: A partitioning member A that partitions the interior of a refrigerated container into a front chamber and a rear chamber includes a partition body 1 which is arranged with a required gap against the inside surface of a container body, and packing materials 2, 5, 5 and 6 of soft synthetic resin foam that can be elastically pushed into the gap between the outer peripheral surface of the partition body 1 and the inside surface of the container body.
