<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polymer particle which has excellent polymerization stability, and can exhibit stable fluidity even under the increase of humidity when being used as an electrophotographic toner external additive. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing a polymer particle, 100 pts.wt. of a polymerizable vinyl monomer comprising (meth)acrylic acid ester based monomer and (meth)acrylic acid allyl is emulsion-polymerized in an aqueous medium in the presence of 0.05 to 0.5 pts.wt. of ion-denatured vinyl alcohol without adding a surfactant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
