PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress access to unintended service providers.

SOLUTION: A connection path 101 is established by calling a Web server 1 with a telephone 4 connected to a relay device 2. When the Web server 1 transmits access information to the relay device 2 via the connection path 101, the relay device 2 generates virtual access information from the access information and transmits it to a browser device 3. When the relay device 2 receives a Web request transmitted by the browser 3 based on the virtual access information, the relay device 2 converts a transmission destination of the Web request based on corresponding access information, and transmits the converted transmission destination to the Web server 1 via the connection path 101. Then, the Web server 1 having received the Web request transmits Web information to the browser device 3.
