PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aromatic ester-based polyol is provided to manufacture aromatic ester-based polyol with excellent physical properties like low viscosity, low acidity, and hydrophilicity. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aromatic ester-based polyol comprises: a first step reacting mixture including 15-50 weight% of polybasic acid and 50-85 weight% of polyhydric alcohol; a second step removing water conducting reaction by putting tetraisopropyl titanate into the mixture, and adding toluene; and a third step absolutely removing toluene from the product. The polybasic acid is one or more kinds of mixture selected from terephthalic acid, phthalic anhydride, phthalic acid, and isophthalic acid, and adipic acid. |
