A system and a method for delivering targeted advertisements to consumers and providing incentives for viewing and referral of the advertisements are provided. According to the present invention, a first user is signed up to an advertising service and a second user is signed up to the advertising service based on a referral from the first user. An advertising system delivers targeted advertisements based on locations and demographic information of the first user and the second user and a referral reward system provides a reward to the first and second user for the second user viewing the advertising service. |
