<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position estimation method capable of acquiring a current installation position of a home base station. <P>SOLUTION: A position estimation method includes a step S104 in which a radio base station eNB having a home base station HeNB within its own coverage transmits an MDT Configuration message for instructing Immediate MDT to a radio terminal UE corresponding to a predetermined trigger, a step S105 in which the radio terminal UE within the coverage of the home base station HeNB performs measurement of the home base station HeNB according to the MDT Configuration message, a step S106 in which the radio terminal UE within the coverage of the home base station HeNB transmits a Measurement Report message including the measurement result and position information showing the position when the measurement is performed to the radio base station eNB, and a step S108 in which a higher-level device of the radio base station eNB estimates an installation position of the home base station HeNB according to the position information included in the Measurement Report message. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
