<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure a link voltage with improved resistance against switching noise and responsiveness. <P>SOLUTION: A period drt.T0 is longer than a period dst.T0. Two sections in which a unit voltage vector V4 is adopted in the period drt.T0 are adopted as a first section and a second section. At the center of each of the first section and the second section, a first measurment value Vmax1 and a second measurement value Vmax2 of a link voltage Vdc are measured. Then, the representative value Vmax of the link voltage Vdc in one cycle T0 including the period drt.T0 is obtained by the interpolation of the first measurement value Vmax1 and the second measurement value Vmax2.
