<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch box that realizes the easy replacement of a control nameplate by just removing a decorative cover while leaving a protective cover attached. <P>SOLUTION: A switch box 1 comprises a switch board 3 at the front of a body 2. A control nameplate 4 is placed on the switch board 3, and a transparent protective cover 6 is interposed between the control nameplate 4 and a decorative cover 5. The protective cover 6 is provided with a recess 16 on a back surface, and a display area 4a of the control nameplate 4 is stored in the recess 16 with an end portion 4b of the control nameplate 4 projecting from the recess 16. The body 2 has in a peripheral portion 2a a joint portion 15 to which the end portion 4b of the control nameplate 4 joins. The decorative cover 5 comprises: a cover portion 9 covering the peripheral portion 2a of the body 2; and a window portion 10 allowing the display area 4a of the control nameplate 4 to be seen through the protective cover 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
